Array Anything else I should avoid?Food: M1: latte (4) M2: smoothie (milk, protein powder, banana) (4) M3: Asian chicken salad (6), Zone Perfect mini-bar (1)M4: cottage cheese, peaches (4) M5: ravioli, marinara, meatballs (8)mini-chill - Cocoa Via (2)Workout: P90X Shoulders/Arms (306 cal), Ab Ripper X (112) - Awesome workout! I could do without the triceps chair dips and I loathe those side push-up things but I felt great doing this workout.

She was Kidnapped February of 1996 at 6:20 a.m. Rebeckas mom knew she was going to see her daughter one day. Rebecka mom hasn’t seen her daughter and is scare to see har.

Thirdbaseman Shelley Duncan’s batting average is down from .297 to .253, but he leads the Eastern League with 15 homers, and he leads the team with 19 doubles, 39 RBI and 34 runs scored. RF Bronson Sardinha and 1B Randy Ruiz (team-best .281 batting average) are tied for second on the team with eight homers, and OF Vince Faison has seven bombs.

Denali National Park and Fairbanks, AKSunny and clear in Denali, hazy (smoke from forest fire) in Fairbanks. At 7:10, we were on the bus for an 8 hour Tundra Wilderness Tour of Denali National Park. His love for the land was obvious.We entered the Denali National Park and followed the only road through the park, heading west for 54 miles over a mostly dirt one lane road, climbing up through the tiaga, a northern Boreal forest to sub-arctic, then arctic tundra. Along the way we saw moose (at least 9 or 10), brown (grizzly) bear (at least 10), caribou (a couple dozen) Dall sheep (many), as well as snowshoe hare, arctic ground squirrels, ptarmigan and arctic terns.Views of he wildlife were wonderful, but throughout the trip, we shot anxious glances to the southwest from every high vantage point. This mountain, at 20,230 feet, creates its own weather, and 75% of the time it is shrouded in its own clouds, even though the rest of Denali Park is in clear and sun shining conditions.
